About Bailee Bradley
From a young age, I’ve wanted to pursue education. I happily received my Human Development Family Studies degree with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. I’ve watched kids transform from the struggling student to the student who thrives academically, socially, and publicly for the last 3 years under our Academic Transformational founder, Lisa Crosby. Reading and Writing are the height of my expertise from Kindergarten to Middle school. Before this, I held a teaching position in early childhood education for 2.5 years.
As the Executive Assistant, new clients begin with me as I manage Lisa Crosby’s schedule. Every new client schedules with Lisa through me and will receive billing and communication from my desk. I also am a Teacher for kindergarten – 8th-grade students under Lisa Crosby’s supervision. We have a team approach for all clients and often learning from more than one person serves the student’s experience and outcome.
At Academic Transformations, I’ve been able to teach students 1-1 online as their private educator and learning specialist. The online platform became exponentially more appealing to many once the pandemic broke out in 2020. Academic Transformations has operated primarily online using Zoom since 2017. We offer dynamic technology skills that make learning efficient. We are in a changing technological fast-paced world and navigating the online platform has been an asset of mine. I think it is important that students feel confident and safe using online platforms. We often use the Gdrive to hold reference information and students as young as 4th grade find proficiency with using it.
The connection between myself, the student, and their families are what I truly love about my career! Transformation takes teamwork, communication, and here, each student has an individual plan. Lisa Crosby has a track record of success with each student. Her methods were polished when she ran the school she founded Custom Learning Academy. She has so much experience and knowledge about curriculum, our teamwork approach benefits every student. I look forward to the ever-changing conversations in my day-to-day work as we meet the needs of our students undergoing their academic transformation. I am here to serve the students and parents in the communication around scheduling and billing, along with teaching those in the K-8th grades.
