About Dylan Crosby

I have the same last name as the president because I am her oldest son. She taught me all my high school math classes herself at the school she founded. You could say, it paid off because I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and graduated in Spring of 2019 with my Master’s Degree in Finance.

I have worked as a Civil Engineer as a project manager building roads and structures, but currently, I am a Facility Supervisor of a local hospital. I oversee the maintenance budget and oversee all new construction and all hospital maintenance. I do not mind saying that I am under 30 years old and I attribute my success to understanding how to work with numbers. I am married to a wonderful person, Bailee Bradley, another Learning Coach with Academic Transformations too, as well as Administration Assistant. We own our home and have two dogs who we enjoy a lot of outdoor activities with!

I am excited to offer a new course to Academic Transformations offerings. It is one that I wrote myself and it has long been a goal of mine to help other young people make sound plans about their personal finances. The course is called: Personal Finance for Young People 1 & 2. Each course is planned for 6 weeks and for some the first course may be all you need. It focuses on living on your own and managing your personal finances, basic tax habits, and information as well as planning for your future when you are young. For those left wanting more, I have developed a follow-up course to include investments and managing your personal budget as it grows, and understanding basic economic concepts.

I have two younger brothers, one a recent graduate with his engineering degree and the other in working towards his bachelor’s degree in Business. I planned this with my brothers and friends in mind. I think the participants will feel it was well worth their time and they will have strategies for managing their information and making sound financial decisions with a new understanding.

Registration is ongoing by demand, so email me via email for more information to get started.

“Dylan has always been a leader. He was captain of his high school football team and a leader among his friends. His course is SO packed full of relevant useful information, his students will be relieved and reassured in managing their lives responsibly. Dylan has a patient nature, a subtle sense of humor, and a concise clear communication style that will make his course one that will be a weekly highlight guaranteed. Yes, I am biased, as his mother, but his success speaks for itself.”
